Their initial project with us involved adding an oversized two-car attached garage and repurposing the existing one-car tuck-under garage into living area, a job they executed flawlessly. In 2025, we approached them to install a service door at the front of the garage they built in 2005, and we were extremely satisfied with the outcome. My townhouse association has used this firm for more than 15 years, for both large and small construction/repair projects. Major projects were: 1). roof and siding replacement from wind blown hail on 5 buildings (25 units) with an insurance cost of over $200,000. 2). Storm downed trees hitting 2 buildings requiring roof repair. 3). Garage fire. Attached are before and after photos of the garage fire.
