Testimonials
Mike Felt and Darmic Construction have all shown exemplary professionalism and workmanship across several construction projects. Mike was always accessible, respectful of tenants' needs, and communicated timelines and sites very clearly. The team and crew worked with diligence to meet project deadlines while maintaining cleanliness on-site and addressing the issues that arose with great competency. Their standard of services obviously surpassed any expectations; they are highly recommended for any construction tasks that require reliability.
Darmic Custom Homes & Remodelers Inc provided reliable and trustworthy assistance in 2022 in the repair of the storm-damaged home. Mike dealt directly with the assessors of insurance, which allowed him to identify issues that had been missed; he then ensured that all repairs were completed to a high standard. His attention to detail, communication with the homeowners, and quality of work went well beyond expectations. The whole house was brightened up with a final finish we were proud of, so we trusted and recommended it very strongly.
Mike Felt and Darmic Custom Homes & Remodelers Inc worked hard on windows, roofing, siding, and gutters with tremendous results. The homeowners were pleased with the quality of work and how fast Mike got the call and completed the job after the storm damage. This was quite the talking point around the neighborhood, and thus, others began to hire Mike as well. Now the homeowners continue to seek his service for extra work and highly recommend him for any job.

Marty WelchWe have used Darmic Custom Homes both personally and professionally and never been disappointed. Mike has a tremendous amount of knowledge and a great eye to details. I often yield to his tastes on finishing touches as I respect his choices. When the project is complete the area is clean and everything is in its place. I will continue to hire them as projects come up and I would highly recommend them to you too.Posted on Google

wubyhansoonNot only was Darmic Custom Homes one of the best builders I represented as a realtor, his craftsmanship and eye for detail shines through on the new garage he built for us a couple of years ago. Our neighbors still comment on how much they like the design.Posted on Google
Krystal PalmerDarmic Custom Homes & Remodelers is a contractor company I can wholeheartedly recommend, having worked with them not once but twice, in 2005 and again in 2025. Their initial project with us involved adding an oversized two-car attached garage and repurposing the existing one-car tuck-under garage into living area, a job they executed flawlessly. In 2025, we approached them to install a service door at the front of the garage they built in 2005, and we were extremely satisfied with the outcome. I will definitely be reaching out to them again if I have anymore construction needs.Posted on Google
Jan GeisenMy townhouse association has used this firm for more than 15 years, for both large and small construction/repair projects. Major projects were: 1). roof and siding replacement from wind blown hail on 5 buildings (25 units) with an insurance cost of over $200,000. 2). Storm downed trees hitting 2 buildings requiring roof repair. 3). Garage fire. Attached are before and after photos of the garage fire. What looked like minimal damage on the outside required replacement of 3 or 4 walls and entire roof, costing over $50,000 Service is excellent and quality is first rate.Posted on Google

allie schmidtCame in to repair roof and insulation after storm damage. Understood the process, was timely with communications, and the crew on site was respectful - even used some of my extra shingles to make small repairs on the barn. Plus the yard was thoroughly cleaned up after.Posted on Google
Brian WilllWe hired Mike to replace the roof on our house and to build a room inside our shop. He did great work at a very fair price. Finished product was very nice, no corners cut. Highly recommend, definitely worth the call.
